Parents
• Parents are not permitted to enter the classroom or observe lessons unless specifically invited by the coach or during designated open classes.
• Attendance at parent meetings and scheduled consultations is mandatory. These meetings are essential for communication between parents, students, and instructors regarding progress and expectations.
• Parents must refrain from giving coaching advice or corrections to their children during or after class. Technical and artistic guidance should only come from the assigned coach.
• Please avoid interrupting classes to speak with instructors or students. All communication should take place before or after class, or by scheduling a meeting with the coach.
• Parents are encouraged to support their children positively, focusing on effort, discipline, and enjoyment rather than comparison or competition.
• Parents should respect all instructors’ professional boundaries and follow studio communication channels (email, WhatsApp, or front desk) for scheduling or administrative matters.
• During events, rehearsals, and competitions, parents must follow the studio’s organizational structure and instructions provided by the Dance Olympus staff to ensure smooth coordination.
• Any form of negative discussion, criticism, or gossip about students, coaches, or other parents is strictly prohibited within studio premises and official group chats. Maintaining a positive and respectful environment is part of the Dance Olympus community values.
• Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child arrives on time, properly dressed, and with the required dance attire, hair, and shoes for every lesson and performance.
• Parents should set an example of punctuality, respect, and professionalism, as their behavior directly influences the studio culture and their children’s attitude toward training.
